In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an internal audit system including audit planning, implementation, feedback, and reporting to ensure alignment with Company standards, processes, policies, and procedures, as well as customer requirements. Summary

AMG Vanadium (AMG V) is seeking an Electrical Engineering Technician to join our growing organization at our new Zanesville Plant. AMG Vanadium’s Electrical Engineering Technician installs, maintains, and repairs PLC driven electrical systems, electrical and electronic components of machinery, equipment, and building facility needs. This role will provide advanced electrical technical support during plant start-up and commissioning and will then be responsible for the general upkeep of the facilities’ electrical system and components during ongoing operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maximize equipment uptime and minimize production downtime to achieve desired business and operational goals
  • Source replacement parts in accordance with required specification
  • Follow scheduled maintenance work order system and participate in planning of required electrical maintenance support during scheduled downtime

AMG Aluminum North America, LLC (AMG Al NA) is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our organization and support our Henderson, Kentucky and Wenatchee, Washington Plants. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Accounting team, with primary responsibilities for managing capital expenditures, lease accounting, filing Use and CAT tax, and managing cash flow related activities. AMG Vanadium (AMG V) is seeking Production Team Members to join our growing organization at our Cambridge Plant. AMG Vanadium’s Production Team Member is responsible for the safety, environmental compliance, quality, production, and product delivery in AMG V’s melting and roasting operation.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Comply with all AMG V policies and procedures, safety and environmental requirements, and AMG’s Code of Business Conduct
  • Embrace and promote the AMG V culture in all day-to-day activities
  • Operate AMG V’s electric arc furnace and/or roaster, system controls, and mobile equipment as required
  • Maximize productivity and optimize equipment uptime to ensure customer quality and delivery requirements are met
  • Engage in team problem-solving and decision-making activities
  • Utilize principals of lean manufacturing, including 6S, to support operational and process improvements
  • Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to create a high performing team

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in heavy manufacturing environment desired; steel or hot metal experience a plus
  • Heavy machine operator experience, i.e.: loader, dozer, forklift, dump truck preferred
  • Team player
  • Receptive and adaptable to change
  • Knowledge of or desire to learn lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills a must
  • Ability to work 12 hours swing/rotating shifts (weekends included)
  • Ability to work in both hot and cold environments where the temperature can swing rapidly
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environment; bending, stooping and lifting of 50 lbs. required
  • Strong work ethic and good attention to detail
  • Punctual, reliable, and have good attendance history
